My Kids Yoga Course is aimed at those already working with, or qualified to, work with Primary Age or Nursery children. I offer three packages, full of content, resources and expert training:
Level 1: Group training (unlimited staff attendance) includes Basic Inset Day training, for just £895. You will learn the Joga for Kids lesson model, 30 key poses, suggestions for mindfulness activities and receive a sample meditation for kids. I include health and safety considerations, information on the benefits of Yoga for Kids as well as substantial information and training examples for games to keep things fun!
Level 2: To add satellite support, planning involvement and implementation advice, it’s £1250 (for six week engagement)
Level 3: If you’d prefer to pick up and run with the plans, props and other resources required to ensure continuity throughout your school, and have regular feedback, advice and support over 12 weeks, it’s £2025.
NB* 1:1 packages can be arranged at lower cost, Satellite training available occasionally for up to 2 members of a team to access Level 1 at £275 each - please Contact Me for dates.
All payments can be made across a payment plan of three installments.

My Chair Yoga Course is aimed at those already working with, or qualified to, work in the care sector with the elderly or infirm. I offer three packages, full of content, resources and expert training:
Level 1: Group training (unlimited staff attendance) includes Basic Inset Day training, for just £895. You will learn the Joga in a chair lesson model, a variety of sequences to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination and example meditations. You will learn health and safety considerations, how to plan a successful session, numerous poses and their adaptions and learn about the benefits of chair yoga.
Level 2: To add satellite support, planning involvement and implementation advice, it’s £1250 (for six week engagement)
Level 3: If you’d prefer to pick up and run with the plans, props and other resources required to ensure continuity throughout your setting, and have regular feedback, advice and support over 12 weeks, it’s £2025.
